Not content with a regular 45-minute training session?  Why not enrol in one of our Endurance Training Sessions, or our Triathlon Sports Specific Program.

 

ENDURANCE: Comprising different stages involving kayaking, long distance jogging, outdoor fitness training, cycling, and boxing and more - these events push participants to their limits, and reward them with the knowledge and satisfaction that they can train hard over a long distance.


TRIATHLON: Many of our clients have made huge improvements in their fitness and now seek to extend their training even further. Commencing in 2010, WA Boot Camp will be running Triathlon Sports Specific Training, focusing on improving technique, skills, endurance and performance in swimming, cycling and running.


ENDURANCE:  $55 for members.  $75 for non-members

TRIATHLON: $100 /month for members.  $150 / month for non-members - (3 sessions / week)
